Dr. Wasti and Trish, the dental hygienist/gum specialist, took the time to explain everything without rushing, even though it might have been routine for them. They were understanding and honest when I shared my current situation with them. Patricia, who handled my X-rays, kept the atmosphere light with her humor, which really helped me relax. And the receptionist, the one with blonde hair (I think her name is Misty), was incredibly helpful in breaking down the financial side of things. Together, they ran the office like a well-oiled machine, and their positivity set the perfect tone for my day ahead."

"The receptionist asked me for my drivers license so she could photo copy it. I gave it to her and asked her why she needed a photocopy of my license. Her reply was,” we need to have a picture of you and its policy”. I asked her to explain the policy to me and she said that she wasn’t going to argue with me about it. I immediately cancelled my appointment and from that point on was treated like a nuisance and that she didn’t care whether I did business with them or not. I asked for a policy explanation and got poor service, and bad attitude."
