"Friendly staff and probably very great at providing quality dental care. However, when i missed my appointment due to a legit family emergency for the extraction of an infected tooth the best they could do was reschedule me a month later. In addition they were closed for christmas break until January 3rd according to their voicemail but I couldn’t get through to them until well into January. Understandable it wasn’t their fault I missed the appointment and they did put me on the waiting list in case an earlier spot opened…and one did soon after my original appointment. However it was only for the deep cleaning not the tooth extraction. Not only did they not prescribe me antibiotics for the infected tooth but charged me a 30$ cancel appointment fee. They’re obviously overbooking understaffed and greedy so I’d be careful before you book an appointment with this office due to those reasons."
