"This dental office is truly the nicest dentist I have ever been to. I am a very anxious person and I did not feel upset or stressed at all during my visit. It is mainly all women working at the practice and I felt very comfortable there. Their dental work is great and they do not overcharge. I would definitely recommend."

"Good dentist but constantly overbooks patients so you end up cooling your heels in the waiting area (usually 15 minutes past appointment time) and then again in the chair (often up to 30 minutes waiting for her to get to you). She really needs to re-examine her business model and realize that time is $$$ not only for HER but also to her patients. UPDATE 12/15/23: Since posting my previous review, Custom Dental has apparently made a major effort to improve their on-time performance. My last two appointments went off on time as scheduled as did one for my wife. Look forward to seeing this continue as the rest of the experience with Custom Dental has been quite good."
