"I've been using this quick quack location for well over a year but never again. Took my car in a couple of months ago, and my car's side skirt came out with a crack. Back then I thought huh, might just be a coincidence, maybe it happened somewhere else, but early last week I took it through and it basically destroyed part of my rear diffuser, all I had left was the screws and the 3m tape on the car. Filed an incident report, and they said, "The manager will call you tomorrow or the day after." Well, that never happened... I even went back myself to following up just a few days ago, and they said the same thing, and still nothing. I am more than disappointed."
