Griffin Pediatrics

"Dr. Griffin is great! But her office ladys mainly Christy are rude and hateful and most people when they leave the office it is because of her. She has no care for the patients or their familys. She is only there for a paycheck and i also believe she just likes to feel in charge. I don't know how she has lasted this long in this kind of job. The moment you talk to her you can tell she hates her job. Dr griffin has seen all 3 of my kids since they were born amd i have had my problems with them always Christy at the start of it. But because i loved dr griffin i have stayed. Well i am now having to move all of them because of this... I sat up an apt for my 2 sons to be seen at the same time about 2 months in advance. ( my youngest son had tp be moved drs due to asthma for a little while. But this would be his first time back witch i explained to Christy) so 2 days before their apt christy calls and says that i have tp have the insure card with dr griffins name pn it because it had been so long since they had seen him. So im on the phone close to 3 hours figuring it all out witch i did no thanks to any of them. Amd the morning of the apt i call to make sure all is good. Of course it was something. They had to got my fax with his new card ( she is rude still) well i call back after sending it again and modesty the other office lady nicely tells me it came through. So all is good because i did every thing in my power to get it all done. So we get to the apt witch both my boys are supposed to be seen..... Well we get there sign in modesty hands me all the paper work about 15 sheets for my son who is coming back and 1 for my new son. So i fill it all out turn it in... They then tell me they will NOT see my youngest son because he had been moved to another dr. I then began to argue with these ladys because they are in the wrong and they know it. I ask for the office manager amd at first they did not want to call her then i said it again and they said pk vlose the window in my face and they walk off and began to LAUGH about it. I dont think any of it is funny. Well about 20 mins of waiting i lady walks in and 2 security officers. ( they told them i was causing trouble) So i wait about another 20 mins because i needed a note for my oldest because he missed school for this. Well the manager calls. My kids and i back to talk. Well the hand me stacks of paper work amd a letter saying they will no longer see ANY of my kids. after i explained to the manager what happend she could not believe it. I hate that i cant see the dr. That took care of all my babies from the time they were born all over the office people and how they want to treat people. Dr. Griffin if ypu read this i want you to know my kids and i will miss you very much and thank you for you care the last 8 years."
