"On a good note, Beverly did get my brother's criminal record expunged. As for her "expertise" in probate, she's not doing the job she's been paid to do. It's been going on for a year and a half. He calls the office and leaves a message and no one calls him back. I've emailed her and she doesn't reply. I even asked her in the email if we needed to find a lawyer who could get this done. Maybe if she sees this review she'll at least call him back."

"Stay away!!! I wish I did some more research on her, I hired her on a whim after needing to go through the probate process, I live in Kansas so finding someone to trust was very important. On the phone on our initial phone call I was confident I had found someone, man was I wrong!!! No contact after getting my initial retainer fee, she did show up to court but was late, very spacey and didnt seem to know what she was doing. After My initial probate court date she did not bill me, answer numerous voice mails, or emails. Eventually I fired her for lack of doing her job at all. Dealing with a loss of a parent is hard enough but when attorneys like Beverly Atteberry just genuinly does not care about her clients and it makes the whole process very stressfull and miserable. I would not trust Beverly Atteberry to walk my dog, clean my toliets, or any other meaningless task, she is way to incompetent to accomplish anything. I do not know how attorneys like this can sleep at night knowing they are messing with peoples lives. Do not use Beverly Atteberry for anything unless you feel like getting ripped off.Bad lawyer, bad person in general. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!"

"My brother was wrongfully convicted and this attorney Beverly atteberry was the attorney for the states witness. Detectives and prosecutor had told Atteberrys client to make false testimony against my brother, when her client informed her that she wanted to tell the truth and expose the prosecutor, Atteberry told her to just answer the questions asked and not to say anything else."

"Just called for a consultation about obtaining documentation needing a court order regarding complaints against a facility. I felt attacked by her with how she spoke to me. I mean that, not just because of the subject matter about a potential case. I ended the phone call and she then called back and left an equally dysfunctional voice-mail. I wouldn't recommend this attorney for a simple traffic ticket let alone something so personal. I understand we all have bad days but looking at other reviews, I can see it's a pattern."

"Paid her good money to clean up my record. Over a year later there's still things on my record that she said were going to be taken off.. She won't return phone calls or text messages. I wouldn't hire her to represent Anything ever again.. She is a shining Beacon on top of the hill for why people despise lawyers!!"
