"My sister bought a gorgeous Jaguar and knew she’d have to take it to Jaguar of OKC to get maintenance and any work done. Boy was that a mistake. They’ve been so incredibly incompetent. They charged her $600 for a part that only cost $20 elsewhere, yes I said $20. They put a windshield wiper on and charged $500 and didn’t put the cover over the screw…. Horrible service and terrible work done. She has told them 3 different times over the course of 3 months to order a new from windshield and now that they finally decided to order it have the nerve to give her grief over it being a “special order” when she says she no longer wants it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP"

"I had a recall for the I-Pace Battery Pack. The scheduling went smoothly. I followed up the day before the appointment to confirm the service would still be performed and how long do I need to anticipate. They informed me it would be a same day completion. This was great news considering only specific technicians can perform work on the battery electric vehicles. The vehicle was ready in one day. I was unable to return that day to pick it up since it’s an hour 1- way commute to the certified dealer from my home. However, the service provider offered to deliver the car to my home via a valet service they use. I was very happy to hear this. The next morning the car was delivered at the expected time. It had been washed and interior had been vacuumed as well. The software update on the battery pack seems to be working as planned. I’m face the car appeared to receive more charge (miles) than it had been previously. I’m pleased"
