"Service was done in a timely fashion manner.But dealership wasn't diligent in providing transportation for the days the SUV was in the shop. I had to call 3 times for a rental or loaner to get work. When I finally got it was given to me with attitude. When I went to get my vehicle none of the 3 employees that were sitting in the service are addressed me. I wasn't even ask for the keys from the loan vehicle. Really disappointed."

"The rear camera stopped working on the first day and the vehicle has been in the shop ever since. Charging the loaner vehicle was challenging. Couldn't find assistance in the book or online, but finally figured out that the key fob buttons start the charging and release the plug. Why is this a great kept secret????"
