"My wife has a 2014 Ford Focus with around 145000 miles on it. Long story short we had a message stating (TRANSMISSION FAULT SERVICE REQUIRED) show up a few years back. With transmissions being sealed now and being so costly to fix the car was parked for 2 years. My wife received a letter stating there was a recall on the transmission. With the mileage and the fact the car was parked we were concerned about it being covered. We took both to THE Ford House in Wichita Falls Tx. Randy James, a sales advisor took the letter and pulled up my wife's car on line. He made us at ease, and told us he would call us after they found out cause. We had told him if it wasn't covered we weren't going to do anything with it. Approximately 2 weeks later we received call saying her car was ready. When we got there he said there were 2 other recalls that were addressed at no charge for us. I am not much of a Ford person, but their service was beyond great."

"Disappointing Experience at The Ford House Service Department My recent encounter with The Ford House service department in Wichita Falls left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. Not only did they fail to uphold basic standards of customer service, but their handling of a warranty repair issue was downright unacceptable. First and foremost, I was appalled by the conduct of Kurt Helwig, who attempted to charge me an exorbitant $550 for a warranty repair that is covered under my warranty. Despite providing clear documentation and proof of coverage, Kurt Helwig insisted on charging me for the repair, displaying a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and basic integrity. Moreover, the attitude of the staff at The Ford House was disheartening. Rather than demonstrating a willingness to assist and address my concerns, they appeared indifferent and uninterested in providing any form of resolution. Their lack of empathy and professionalism only exacerbated the frustration of the situation. To add insult to injury, when The Ford House changed my flat tire, they neglected to properly secure my spare tire and jack, leaving it haphazardly placed in my trunk. This careless oversight not only reflects poorly on their attention to detail but also raises serious concerns about their commitment to ensuring customer safety. Overall, my experience with The Ford House service department was nothing short of a disappointment. From their attempted overcharging for warranty repairs to their lackadaisical approach to customer service and safety, it is evident that there are serious deficiencies within their operation. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering entrusting their vehicle to The Ford House in Wichita Falls. "Worst experience with a car dealership period! After 4 attempts to repair my vehicle and them actually wrecking my vehicle and blaming it on me, I'm still left with a vehicle that doesn't run properly. This, of course, all comes after the fact that I purchased the vehicle and the "extended warranty" from them! Nothing but a big group of liars and just flat out horrible service! Stay clear from this dealership, and do not give them any of your hard earned money! The fact that this is your response to this rating only shows the lack of information that you have recieved from your team and the lack of communication between you and your team. I NEVER agreed or acknowledged at anytime that the damaged occured elsewhere other than on your property by your employees. Your service manager showed me 2 pictures of your employee driving my vehicle. The second photo showed your employee driving the vehichle with the damage to my vehicle! My response to seeing these photos was if you have a photo of YOUR employee driving it with damage, then show me a picture of ME pulling it in with damage and I would agree with you. This never happened. This was after the second trip out of four trips it took your so called service department to attempt to "repair" my vehicle. At this time I expressed to your service manager I was more concerned with getting my vehicle repaired as I need it daily for work. I told him we could resolve the "taillight" issue after it was in fact repaired. It was only after the forth attempt of your team attempting to repair my vehicle when your servive manager must have confussed me with another disgruntled customer, because he stated that I reviewed the "video" with your General Manger and your Sales Manager. Two people I have never met before! Obviously your team thinks they can just hide behind The Ford Motor Company name and assume that the average customer will just cower down to your dealership. I can assure you this in fact will not be the case here. The only amicable way that your team can resolve this issue is to in fact repair the damage that your team has caused to my vehicle."
