"Good, normally clean, restrooms. The cater to truck drivers and hiway travelers. They have fresh and packaged food as well as snacks. A huge drink selection, both fountains and wall refrigerators. Some souvenirs, headphones, and charging cables. Gasoline for cars and diesel for trucks, also EV hook-ups. Some of the larger ones have showers for truck drivers. All-in-all, these are good stores that mainly cater to truck drivers, but any weary traveler can also be refreshed and ready to head on down the road to their destination."

"Pretty big store everything looked nice and neat. Lots of options. Food smelt great although I didn't eat just had to stop in and use the restroom. I like that the restrooms are HUGE I hate going to a place that has small bathrooms with 1-2 stalls. The restroom were very clean."

"I just want to start by saying why this Loves deserves a 5 star review. Kim, Paul, and Emily are all some of the nicest people you will ever meet! Kim helped my elderly mother which will not be unnoticed, Emily was also very sweet to my mother. Paul however went above and beyond to help us when we had a flat tire caused by a screw! This is the best possible Loves we could ever have stopped at and without them we would’ve spent a fortune to fix our tire, and our issues! I cannot express how grateful we are to them for being able to get to my Fathers funeral on time. It’s such a sad time in my life and to meet people like them is a ray of sunshine in the darkness of 4am!!! Thank you all so much, and may you all be blessed for jumping at the opportunity to offer help when they didn’t have to! Straight up Professional Workers! It also helps that the Colombian blend of coffee is super Delicious!"

"My AC Belt Snapped In the Middle of this Heatwave in Texas. I called Love's roadside assistance, they were helpful and friendly over the phone. The guy showed up in 40 mins at Pilot in Henrietta. I was so relief as it was super hot for myself and my Husky, even tho we were under the shade, we were sweating gallons of water. The guy took a look at the engine compartment and had a puzzled look in his face. After 5 mins, he told me he couldn't do it and took off. He didn't told if he was gonna bring more tools or someone else. I called Love's and they didn't picked up the phone, i texted the guy that was helping me and he ignored me. I called another Roadside assistance tech 1 hour away and he showed up 1.5h later but got the job done in less than 30 mins while Talking on the Phone on his hand lol. Anyways, i wasn't gonna write a review but it was so unprofessional the way when he took off without offering any assistance. My dog had to suffer when they could have told me over the phone that they can't install Ac Belts. The guy was really friendly and chill but seems they can only do tires."
