I reached out to a firm a friend uses but they were not interested at such short notice. Called Travis Watkins on a Friday face-to-face on Tuesday. Two weeks later taxes were amended with zero owed. Great communication throughout the process. Lessons learned don't do your own taxes have this firm do them instead."

"Do not waste your money been trying for 2 years to get an offer of compromise done. When they did finally file it it was incorrect and the IRS declined it. Have not heard from them since no response to emails or phone calls. You can not talk to a real lawyer you only get s receptionist who takes a message that apparently goes on the garbage"

"DO NOT give these people any work to resolve tax issues. They will happily take your money and then ignore you, regardless of the emails, phone calls, or letters you send them. Ask around and talk to other people that have been exposed to them and learn the truth about their business practices and you'll soon find out how they treat people. Every question you ask, if you can get in touch with them, is answered by them requesting new loads of paperwork that have nothing to do with your case and no explanations of why it is needed. Forget about any status updates. You may have a dozen different "Experts" working on your case, none of which seem to know what has been done or what is attempting to be accomplished. Travis Watkins seems to work harder keeping low-rated reviews off of their web page than actually performing any work on you case. Buyer beware. It will save you much Buyer Remorse. I wouldn't recommend this bunch to water my pets while I was on vacation. Their answer claims my complaints were misstated but judge for yourself. Read other people's statements and you will soon find that Travis Watkins Tax Service is unprofessional and their communication with you will be impossible. After providing reams of information you will not get a call, text, or email from them that is initiated from their office. Their response to your questions will be to ask for more documentation, many items which you have already sent before. As stated, buyer beware of these shysters. What made me happy was cancelling my relationship with Watkins and turning my problem over to a true, professional CPA. I wish I had done that first. This mistake to choose Watkins cost me, and will cost you considerably if you use them. Good riddance to bad rubbish."

"Worst experience ever. I didn't even get a chance to speak to anyone. This is a place that only cares about appearance but not taking care of their clients. I paid 1400 and now they will not give me my money back until I send in a certified letter rather than going to the office and hand delivering a termination letter. Why what is the difference between hand delivering one? Buying more time to get an attorney to scribble on some piece of paper saying he did something and they had to pull from my retainer. Travis Watkins isn't even reachable so why is his face all of over the website. Can't speak to him at all. Don't use them."
