"Had a appointment yesterday to get my finger print done. The machine was down and they said i would have to reschedule. Drove over a hour just for the lady to be snarky like it wasn't her problem. Very unprofessional, i did not receive a text or call or even email. To let me know prior that the machine was down."

"Came into this place to do my finger print. While the lady's were busy handling calls and customers. Barbara stopped me and told me to sit back down in the waiting area and said I needed to be checked in before I can even use the restroom when i have an appointment already.. everyone else was kind and respectful, but Barbara definitely needs to learn some common sense and be more respectful when handling customer."

"Came here to get finger printed. Walked in the lobby and there were 2 ladies on the phone that understandably didn't acknowledge me. However, there were 2 additional ladies at a computer that could have easily stopped and asked what I needed, but they continued their conversation amongst each other and never said a word to me. I sat on the couch for a few minutes before getting up to go to the back to see if there was someone else. There, I found another lady who told me the fingerprinting services were down, and that the ladies in the front should have said that to me...... Not sure why I received such poor service when all of the recent reviews are so positive."
