"I contacted Jones about a case I have and received a call back from his paralegal. She told me he charges a $500 consult / intake fee. When I asked her what I believe to be some fair questions, she played coy and refused to answer (in my opinion). You know, basic stuff like "what's the average cost of a case like this?". Apparently she didn't like that I pressed her for answers and told me we're not a good fit. I agreed and hung up the phone. My sense was that if they're unwilling to answer basic questions, how can they be trusted when it comes to high-pressure difficult questions that reveal themselves during litigation? The whole thing just left the impression that they prefer "push over" clients who can't really think for themselves."

"Keith helped me with my divorce years ago. He is such a professional and as the saying goes 'knows his stuff'. When my ex's attorney always took the low road, Keith always went high and prevailed by expertly doing his job.
