They are colleagues and Mark seemed decent to speak with but he's retiring and not taking new cases and his colleague John Harlan is an absolute DISGUSTING SOUL. If you want to get belittled, this is your guy! He is immensely unprofessional, treated me like I was uneducated for no reason, didn't even ask what my disability is for SSDI, gave information on other clients cases, said multiple curse words, interrupted me and has a horrible demeanor. He only wants your money. He shames people who are unable to work and he discriminated against me due to my age. I think it's about time he retires. At this point he is senile and it's been said in other reviews too. STAY AWAY BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY!!!"

"We got this "attorney" to help with my wife's disability. We won, and he was paid (almost $5,000), and we were told that we would get back pay of $29,000. Now they (SSI) IS saying we have received ALL the money we will ever get (about $6600, $22,000 less than what we should have got). Called "our" attorney, and she said basically "tough luck," since they've been paid, they won't help us. DO NOT USE THIS GUY if you want anywhere near the money you are owed. Him, and his secretary, SO DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, and are ONLY concerned with their money. If you want a 70 year old scam artist, and a secretary that will basically tell you "tough luck," then by all means go with this guy. What a scam artist."
