"I am glad that someone recognizes a need for lower cost legal services. But seriously, lawyers over charge by such ridiculous amounts that frankly the $200 I ‘saved’ by coming here for help has been completely eaten up by the lousy services the lawyer I was assigned to has provided! Doesn’t answer nor return calls/texts/emails. Has stalled on every aspect of the case. Has been rude, critical and demeaning. I have tried to contact OAR several times about the issues that I am STILL having! For whatever reason no one has ever called me to try and help. Very dismayed. If you come here for help, make sure you vet the lawyer they assign you to, because they DON’T. The lawyer they assigned me to actually has NUMEROUS complaints on his record."

They are actively recruiting more attorneys and I anticipate the agency growth to expand to help more in the future. Our attorney that was assigned to us was ok, we didn't need much from her considering the other party was a no-show to all the hearings.
