"I contacted Brian on the renters' side of a tenant-landlord issue. Our landlord was holding our deposit on a house we rented in Tulsa which amounted to almost $2,000 for no valid/legal reason. I tried going through small claims myself, but since we had already moved to Arkansas, the process was surprisingly cumbersome/frustrating. For example, I had to mail the court a self-addressed envelope just to procure the documents I needed to file a case, and theses documents did not arrive for 5 weeks.
