"Do not waste your time! We spent 6 months working with this team on a medical malpractice lawsuit, at which point, they decided not to take the case. They didn’t even have the courtesy to call, but instead had a contracted nurse practitioner make the call. Her excuses were “surgery is risky” and because we live in Nevada, it would require that the case go to federal court. I don’t believe either of those things. If that was the case, why would it take so long to reach that conclusion? Medical malpractice has a 2 year statute of limitations in Utah and they have just wasted a bunch of that time. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else."
