Does not listen to his clients concerns or takes them seriously many times I asked myself what am I paying him for if he doesn’t listen or answer my questions. Has his own idea on what you “are saying” told him I felt I was going into my custody evaluation blind meaning I had no idea the process or what to expect and asked where do we do after the evaluation is over and he wouldn’t answer me and dropped my case. Yes I’m an emotional wreck as anyone would be in a toxic divorce. He lacks empathy for clients or maybe just female clients. But I get the expression he does not like when you research things and come back with questions. Also lacks communication as I had emailed him and his paralegal and no one would answer me. Don’t pay unless your case is resolved after you pay the retainer fee"
