"Everyone’s situation is different. This law firm has been there for my family during uncertain and stressful times. Tamra Spradlin is very professional and truly cares for all of her clients. I would recommend her to everyone!"
"I would advise you to look elsewhere!!! I can only speak on what happened to me, but from reading the comments from other clients, it would appear what happened to me is standard practice for this law firm. I hired Dawn Williams and the firm Fathers Parental Rights Law Center to help me with modifying my divorce decree and to enforce visitation. I had spoken to several other law firms prior to speaking with Dawn. When I interviewed with her, she was amazing! I thought, alright, finally someone who knows what they are doing. Took a week and that quickly faded. Once she had my retainer all sense of urgency, accuracy and all-around effort on my case went out the window. • It took over 2 weeks to get my ex served. While checking with Dawn on the status she would tell me, oh they are serving her today. In the end, I personally ended up talking with the server and working with them to get my ex served. • The documents Dawn filed with the state were incorrect. She had the complete wrong parties’ names on the forms. Keep in mind this was already submitted to the court and had I not seen it on OSCN.net, this error might have never been caught. • Dawn was terrible about communication. I would ask for status updates on my case, and she would go weeks and at times months to respond. She would then respond with some excuse as to why she was unable to respond timely. There was always some excuse, and it was always a personal or family matter. Things happen, but come on. • It took Dawn over a year to finish my case. In the end, I scrapped what I was initially going to try and get, and went strictly with enforced visitation. The 5 page document (last two pages were strictly signature pages) that Dawn FINALLY drafted ended up costing me over $3K to complete. Over a year to type up 3 pages??? Seriously?? • In December 2nd 2021, I explained to Dawn that my ex and I had reached an agreement, and to file and close the case with the temporary judgement and make it permanent. IN DECEMBER!!! I explained I had seen changes and was fine with it, just close my case. She doesn’t respond. Then in January she shoots off an e-mail to my ex’s attorney asking questions about these changes. I replied to Dawn and asked why she was doing this because I had already given instruction to close the case because we were good. Long story short and after lots of excuses, my case was filed….in MAY. • I hired Dawn in March of 2021. I paid a $3,500 retainer, despite being told it was only $2,500 on the initial phone call. Despite me asking MULTPLE TIMES, it took over a year to get a breakdown of my retainer charges. Then on the invoice I get in APRIL 2022, my retainer isn’t listed at the correct amount. I reply and ask about that and say that I don’t think some of these charges are correct. Almost a month later I get a new invoice, oh but Dawn has gone back in and added charges that were not on the original invoice. She also “deducted” charges, but then went back in and added 2 hours’ worth of work to offset what she “deducted”. At the time I worked for a public accounting firm, and I also bill clients for billable work and in my opinion, there are several fraudulent charges on my invoice. • Lastly with Dawn, her level of professionalism is laughable. She was terrible with communication, extremely unorganized and the bottom line is that she is not good at her job. I did write to her in April of 2022 and explain how unhappy I was and it was met with silence. I ended up speaking with Tamra Spradlin about my case and that was a waste of time. She didn't listen to what I said or try to understand what I had to say. She was very defensive and offered zero resolution or help. I hope that by sharing my experience it encourages others to continue shopping and look elsewhere for legal representation because this firm was the worst experience I've had while working with or hiring an attorney."
"Tampa spradlin was supposed to be my attorney on the day of court a different attorney from the law firm showed up in her place that let my sons mom just walk all over me there still isn't even a permanent order it's temporary after 2 years I guess because I don't have deep pockets they didn't care too much about me I asked 3 months ago for them to send dhs a letter that they are no longer my attorney and they can't even do something as simple as that.i do not recommend this law firm"
"Worst experience with attorneys ever. Took my $1500 retainer and produced NO results. Wouldn’t respond to me for months at a time. Only after threatening to call the Bar Association did I receive any billing, which was pencil whipped with unauthorized and false charges. Basically thieves, crooks and liars, there’s no telling how many people they do this to. I hired another attorney who handled my case in less than two months, and for less money, while I got absolutely nowhere with these people in 8 months. Do NOT hire these people unless you want to be stolen from and lied to, they are the worst kind of attorneys and a complete disgrace to the practice of law."
