"Shelby is very receptive as a director. Every time I have a concern she is able to give me an answer or say “let me find out”. I’m able to be candid with her and she’s candid right back. We’ve had a few bumps (mainly due to staffing but that sorted within a month) but overall my daughter enjoys her time here. They’ve been teaching letters, numbers, colors, shapes, sign language, some spanish…they even got her potty trained which is something we were absolutely struggling with. She’s also gone from “may need to see a speech therapist” to “she’s totally fine, don’t worry about it” with her language skills. They always give us an incident form if she so much as scrapes her knee, the teachers are always interacting. It’s great. My daughter has been here since 05/2023 to present (9/2023) and has really only gotten sick once because they keep up with hand washing and cleanliness. She’s not been around other kids much at all so it’s great to not have her out sick all the time like I expected going into a school/care setting. The constant videos and photos that are loaded in real time to the app more than make up for lack of cameras."

The variety of activities keeps him entertained and looking forward to each day. The staff at West Edmond KinderCare is beyond amazing, especially the teachers. They are not just attentive and professional, but also caring and passionate about their jobs. The quality and variety of food provided are impressive too, and my son seems to really enjoy the meals. This is a huge relief for any parent concerned about their child's nutrition during the day. The use of their convenient app is a bonus. It’s heartwarming to receive regular updates with photos of my child's day. This thoughtful feature truly makes my workday a bit brighter and gives me peace of mind knowing that he's having a great time. The only minor setback is the lack of onsite cameras, which may be a concern for some parents who desire that extra level of reassurance. However, the consistent communication from the center and the trust we've built with the staff help alleviate this concern. Overall, I would highly recommend West Edmond KinderCare to any parent looking for a high-quality daycare that provides a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for their child."

"I’m giving them 5 stars because my daughter is a handful and the teachers really care about her. My daughter also talks about the teachers at home and I can tell she likes them. The updates you get through the day are also nice. Teachers I’ve seen had a good attitude and work together to take care of the kids."

"Best day care ever! I was scared to drop off my 8months old in day care but KinderCare proved me wrong. My daughter has been going to KinderCare for 2 years now. She’s the most amazing little girl. The staff and the leadership are amazing. I was notified for every little changes or incidents. My daughter has made great connections. The staff are very caring, supportive, kind, professional and on top of their game. My daughter is 2 and she can count 1-10 in Spanish. Her vocabulary is that of a 10 year old. She is beginning to potty train. I just want to give a shout out to her infant teachers, toddler room teachers, DPS 1 teachers and DPS 2 teacher. I am overwhelmed with joy.
