"Their portions are smaller and quality has gone down. Barely any meat in my meal and the quality was poor (ended up giving it to my dog) - very poor cuts. Did the 2 meal - my salad came with barely any dressing. Not even enough to cover a quarter of my salad. Overall disappointed with the quality and quantity. Especially for the price you pay. Save your money and go elsewhere."
"This Panera has particularly slow service, so now that they've moved the cups behind the counter, without improving, I've canceled Sip Club, which means I'll no longer be a customer at all. Everyone I know has done the same. It's just not convenient to run inside, use the kiosk, wait for the cup and get my drinks. Nor is the drive-through speedy in any way. More often than not, you're directed to wait in line instead of someone bringing it to the car. If not, they'll ask you to pull around to the front and wait in front of the doors, while cars line up behind you. If you park in the designated spots FOR pickup, they act put out. Since the app is buggy and slow, there's just no convenient way to even get a drink, let alone eat a wildly overpriced meal. The trash can doors are also left open several times a week. It wouldn't be worth mentioning if it didn't pose a risk to drivers, but it does, because the doors jut right into the entrance. This is a code violation. The only excuse is pure laziness. That's not super surprising from a business that's so often closed due to short staffing, though. If you love Panera, I'd recommend a different location."
"Went to Panera yesterday. My chicken chipotle melt was great. My daughter ordered the steak and cheese. It costs almost $13.00. There was barely any meat on it. It made me mad!!! Our money is hard earned. We can go to Bricktown Brewery or McAlesters and get the same thing for about the same size filled with meat. I might not go back."
"Brings out 2 bagles, one was supposed to be untrusted. Both were toasted. Both bagels were all shriveled up and tiny, smaller than a piece of toast and not much thicker. The employee said "o you have to talk to the bakery about that". The the other employee said " they don't proof well when the weather is like this". Absolutely ridiculous a product like that shouldn't be served. I guess avoid Panera during the entire winter."
"Good is always great, when made right. Service got 4 stars because I've had a few times when orders were not made correctly. The dining room is a little too open and has kind of a school/corporate cafeteria feel. 3 stars overall because they are overpriced and they seem to always discontinue my favorite menu items."
