Wendy's 5715 Southeast 15th Street, Midwest City, OK 73110

"My BF and I had a very long day, decided to get dinner on our way home. We decided Wendy's since we had a coupon for a burger. BF ordered on his app and I on mine. We both picked the option of using the drive thru since we were tired it was cold and rainy. Pull into the drive thru and tried to request out orders. We're told we had to come inside until 10 to pick up our order. I explained I had opted to pick up in drive thru. BF then went inside to pick up our orders, the gentleman behind the counter was very rude. BF said if your going to require people to come in you should have the app reflect that. The worker was like it's a rule by management. They proceeded to get into an argument to the point where the worker and bf were cussing at each other. The food was good, but wow I won't be back to the Midwest city Wendy's."

"@ 18:00 hours-no Chili, do not have side salads, on top of all that, It took the management to fix the order 3 times. The food was good, but I'm not impressed."

"Ordered on line and my bacon Cheeseburger came with no patty of meat. My 4 pieces nuggets was a 3 piece fries were cold. So disappointed in this wont eat there again anytime soon."

"OK I came in December 21, 2023. The guy taking the order in the drive-through window sucks his mood his temperament. Everything about him sucks he is short tempered with people and he is short with people. He has no manners and his disrespectful to people he seriously needs to go look for another job or go to work in the kitchen or he doesn’t have to deal with customers. The highlight was all of my food was hot."

"Under staffed would be a huge understatement. 10 mins to order and another 15 mins to receive a combo meal. Only see 4 team members working at 6:00 pm on a Thursday night. I felt bad for the guy working counter. He was clearly doing his best but obviously he was overwhelmed. Sadly there is a major fly issue here that needs to be resolved."
