"My excitement for this build has been all for nothing. In the few months they've been open, they've hit rock bottom. Never have but 1-2 pieces of pizza (rarely pepperoni) available. When ordering pizza, it's never ready on time. Name brand candy is always out, they'll put small in king size box or king size in small box. Pumps are absurd. Half the time they don't work and no cashier at register to answer calls. Cashiers are hood as they come, foul language and dropping F bombs, talking trash about others while customers are present and waiting in line. Back to 7-11."
"I have ordered pizza more than once and each time they wait til I get there to start it! What’s the point of ordering through the app if it isn’t going to be done when it says!!!!"
"On Tuesday evening at about 8 pm, I stopped here for gas and to buy one item from inside the store. There was a man who came out of the store, followed by an employee. His car was at the pump next to me, so I clearly heard every single nasty word that he was screaming at her because the gas pump pay function was malfunctioning. The cashier was VERY kindly trying to explain the situation, but he was having no part of it. He was just determined to be mad and extremely abusive. I put in my own credit card, and the pump stopped at $10. I put my card in a second time, and it worked as normal, filling my tank. There was clearly a software glitch somewhere, and employees have absolutely zero control over those kinds of events. After I finished pumping my gas, I went inside to pay for my other purchase. The cashier, Tracy, was still in tears, just trying to get through her shift. It sounded like that man was not the only customer who had screamed, cussed, and berated her over the problem with the pump. She was really scared that she would lose her job over customer complaints to corporate. I left her my name and number to provide her manager or district manager, and I told her I would be more than happy to tell them that, at no point, during this man's full-on verbal abuse did she make any effort to match energy with him, she only tried to calmly explain that, as a cashier, she was doing the best that she could for customers and had no control over the software problem. Unfortunately, I think most all of us have all subjected to the appallingly abusive behavior of Karens and Kens "in the wild" at some point. It is atrocious that people heap such abhorrent abuse onto customer service employees who are just trying to do their jobs to support their families. As bad as that is, it seems almost worse to me that employees, who are VICTIMS of such assaults, then have to worry about losing their jobs on top of stress of dealing with such people. If anything, that customer should be trespassed from every Casey's! I really hope to keep seeing Tracy. We live nearby and are frequent customers here. I have nothing but positive things to say about her and all of the other cashiers."
"Ordered 2 pizzas on the app. Was told would be ready in an hour. When we showed up to get them they weren’t ready not even in oven. Then employee complained he was supposed to be off an hour ago and couldn’t refund my money due to being ordered on app and there was no manager there to do it."
"The first two times I visited I was very happy. However today I tried to get a fountain drink using the cups that are directly below the fountain. Unable to find a lid I asked the cashier who showed me where they were. However she then told me I had gotten a coffee cup and she charged me for a large coffee instead of a medium fountain drink which costs more and I got less. Very disappointed."
