"My experience was not fabulous. Some aspects were great but I struggle with recommending them. Starting with my salesperson, I really liked him - he was friendly and kind. But when I was in the negotiation phase I asked for an item to be included in the deal, and was told yes. While it was not on the “owed items” sheet, I took that opportunity to ask again about the item , which he said yes. I said, so we have a verbal agreement? To which I was answered “yes”. Looked the salesperson in the eyes and asked that. Salesperson responsive and helpful, just when it came down to getting what I asked for it got a little wonky. Upon delivery, my request was not in the vehicle and upon my asking the salesperson about it I was told that he did not recall agreeing to it. To me, that is NOT an acceptable way to conduct business. While it was a minor addition, at the price point I paid the addition shouldn’t have been a problem. Second, the waiting. I spent a lot of time just waiting. Much longer than other dealerships I have dealt with over the years. While I like my vehicle, I cannot in good faith recommend the dealership due to while minor, still deceptive practice, and the lack of what I would consider top quality customer service."

"We were on a road trip back home (NY to TX) and stayed in Tulsa, OK. We have been researching and looking at the Telluride for quite some time but nothing came together until we reached out to Justin at Midtown Kia. He was fantastic! Great personality and he was very honest and upfront. Great experience with Ron in finance as well. I don’t live locally but I recommend this dealership to anyone in a 400 mile radius!"

"Took vehicle in twice they could not fix or figure problem out even with check engine light on first time was a crankshaft sensor we went to autozone got code read and replaced it ourselves after kia couldn't figure it out. They did try their best to sell us another car. Second time read code before going down there, gave Mike in service the paper with the catalytic converter code they come back and said the clutch needed to be replaced and the problem was the spark plugs. So after paying $300 to get towed back to Dewey because Mike and I disagreed with what the problem was I got the car to a muffler shop and low and behold the upper catalytic converter came apart inside and plugged up the lower catalytic converter. So the $3,500.00 Mike was wanting to charge us would have done nothing to help the problem. I was working with kia on this car because of the recalls and when kia contacted mike to have him look at a couple things while they had the car he said because of our disagreement on the problem he would not do anything else with the car.I took the time to type this so hopefully it helps everyone out there know this company is not a good place to do business ."

"I decided it was time to trade my car in and I contacted midtown Kia based on their great inventory. Melissa was seriously so amazing us. She was able to get me exactly what I wanted and she didn’t try to upsell anything. Once we got inside the dealership, my boyfriend saw a car he was really interested in and we were able to walk out with TWO cars in the same day! Before we left, Melissa made sure that we knew all the features that the vehicles had. I also want to give a shout out to Jordan, who went out of his way to make us feel so comfortable even though we weren’t directly dealing with him. He made my daughter’s day with his kindness! Also, once we got to the financing department, Ron made the entire process easy to understand and was much quicker than we were expecting. This was definitely the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. Thank you all!"
