"Absolute scam artists. And I dont mean Hibdons in general. Ive had great experiences elsewhere with Hibdon, its just this location. This started back about two years ago, I came to them with an issue with the starter. I told them walking in that it was the starter that needed to be replaced. They called back and said it was another part and charged me $200 for said part. When I went back later to pick it up, the car was completely dead. They said it was another part that was around $300 and I said I really truly reckon it just needed to be a starter replacement. They assured me that this piece would save me $500. The starter went out two days later. Ended up getting a new starter put in elsewhere and its been two years and the dang thing pops on everytime. Without a hitch. Here recently I got an oil change and tire rotation. As I always do with Hibdons. 3000 miles before my next recommended oil change I run out of oil. I figure theres a leak, I take it to the Midas down the road and they tell me theres no leak, looks like they didnt change the oil. How do you forget to change the oil when someone pays you to change the dang oil? Anyways, I recommend taking your business elsewhere. Even if its any other Hibdon besides this one. These people are just con artists taking advantage of their clients for money."

"I showed up to my scheduled appointment at 8:00 AM on a Saturday, they got right on my vehicle inspection without waiting, identified an issue, and repaired my vehicle and completed the oil change by 10:00 AM. I drove off within 2 hours with all my maintenance and repairs completed. They met all my needs end-to-end and exceeding my expectations quickly. Great customer service skills and auto shop skills were displayed. I saw professionals who were motivated to complete work and actively engaged with customers."

"Went in for a brake noise. I was told that I needed new pads and two new rotors. The last time I had a brake issue (2017) I was told the exact same thing. Back then I had them replace the pads and all four rotors. This time I took it to a personal mechanic that told me that all pads and rotors were still in good shape. The noise was brake dust. Buyer beware at this company. I won't be going back."

"Hibdon is running a scam. I took a brand new tire to them that was losing pressure. They told me it was not repairable and I needed a new one. I bought the new one and had it installed. When I went to pay for it I asked them to put the damaged tire in the bed of my truck. As soon as I asked that, the guy at the counter decided to get honest with me and told me that the tire could be repaired but they just weren't able to do it there. Isn't that what they do? Tires? It was just a scam to get me to buy a new tire. Don't go to this place. They are not honest."

"I always go here and they are excellent. Timely, good prices and offer coupons. William is always pleasant to speak with. The whole staff are kind and helpful especially when you don’t want to spend your whole life savings on car issues! Highly recommend."
