"Was told on Saturday I could drop my car off with the possibility of getting two tires installed by the end of the day. After getting a ride to pick me up and waiting in line for 20min was told I have to have an appointment. Very inconvenient. If they would have told me I needed an appointment to begin with it would have been fine even thought they are booked out."

"Jared and Ben were very hospitable to my family and I. 45 minutes before closing time, our tire went flat on our way to Saint George, we called and they said to come in and they’d see what they could do. They had our tire size in stock, kindly explained to us why replacing was needed rather than a repair, and took us in in our time of need. The receptionist as well directed our call when the tire technicians were too busy to answer. This whole team bent over backwards on this mundane weeknight and we couldn’t be more pleased with this level of customer service!"

"I bought a set of tires here in the last week of October 2022. They told me they didn't have them in stock but they would be there on Monday. I waited till Tuesday, Nov 1st, to call and check. They said for some mysterious reason that they didn't have them in and it was going to be another week. I called back 8 times periodically and was on the phone between 3 to 7 minutes each time and each time getting the run around, and also employees that sounded annoyed with the situation, up untill the 18th when they finally scheduled me in for installation on the 27th. Meanwhile my current tires were terrible and the weather was starting to get bad. I was beyond annoyed and while usually patient, was starting to get pretty irritated. Then when it was time to take my tires in for rotation, I made my appointment. I showed up on time and waited for 10 minutes to have any service at the front desk. I finally just walked back to the bay and told them that I had been waiting for that long and again the man seemed offended and not apologetic. All these experiences definitely make me dread doing my business in the tires center at costco. Although I will say that any other business I have ever had at costco has always been top notch."

"Bought tires from them a couple of times. At least one of them send to have a slow leak, but they've filled it up quickly without an appointment. And since we've brought it in a number of times recently they're now looking into fixing it under their flat tire repair warranty. Easy to work with and friendly people."
