"The worse service I have ever received. Went to do an exchange (not a refund) and they couldn't find me in the system so they wouldn't exchange the product. However, two other O'Reilly Auto Parts store were able to find me in the system and I was told by the manager that I need to go back to the orignal store. So I did and they took care of me and even apologized for the lazy manager in Broken Arrow off of Elm. If you have an issue in Broken Arrow, don't go to O'Reilly's!"

"Don't expect good service. Purchased a battery from them and spoke with the manager but he seemed to have better things to do so I moved on to an employee. He got me the battery I needed and asked if I was installing it there which I was. I didn't have the right tools and was struggling in the cold rain but they just watched and didn't offer tools that worked better or help of any kind. When I went back in to give them the battery they just talked to themselves without any acknowledgement of me or where I should place the old battery. I finally just laid it on the counter and walked out. The battery worked but doesn't seem like any employees do."

"I stopped by this location today over my lunch break to get my headlights replaced. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by a very helpful man at the counter. I don’t know the first thing about cars but he was very respectful and polite, and came out to see what kind of headlights I needed and replaced them for me. I was in and out in about 10 minutes and on my way! Thank you, this will be my go-to auto parts location from now on!"
