"fowler set me up for a standard maintenance when i had been very open about the issues i was having with my transmission that needed to be diagnosed. i arrived for my appt and the personnel were very rude. i had to leave my info for the heavy repair section to call me and set up a diagnosis appt. and they never called. i guess they don't need the work. i wouldn't recommend."
