"My husband and I recently moved to the Tulsa area. A couple of weeks ago we had a problem with our car, and called Bill Knight for service. We got right in, thankfully it was a minor issue. They diagnosed it quickly, completed the repair in a timely manner, at a very reasonable price. I was pleasantly surprised at how seamless it was. It’s a relief to know we have somewhere reliable, honest and efficient to bring our car for our service needs. Bill Knight Volvo knows how to treat their customers."

"Not recommended. I am disappointed. My new car is in shop after 3 months for defective rotors. Warranty confusing it was not what I was told.Dvyen is great. The car is a problem.They waste your time. Hours and Hours of my time on a car with 11k miles. I have driven 5k Miles most of them to dealership 2 hours from my house. Look elsewhere. Blinking maintenance light since I bought it."

"Chris Fockler is fantastic. I took our XC60 in for a warranty repair and 40,000 mile service, but noticed a slight noise and vibration on the way to drop the car off. My daughter and her husband were driving the car on a 750 mile trip a couple of days later, so I was concerned about starting a drive that far not knowing what the problem was . Chris and the tech (last name Jackson I believe) worked diligently to find and repair the cause. Thank you!"

"I took my car here to get my hood fixed because it was stuck and oil change and they tried for maybe an hour and a half and came and told me they tried everything they could and that my only options were basically breaking the car to reach the lever to open the hood, and they gave me three different options which all consisted in breaking my car and replacing the part after they got the hood open. And for them to break my car to possibly get the hood open that would be $920. I said I would take my car somewhere else so I did, and they got my hood open in less than an hour without breaking anything and even fixed the issue for less than $100. I still had to pay $160 to this dealership for them only trying but not being able to do anything about it, I didn’t argue about the price because I understand they did try, but most places don’t charge anything if they can’t fix what is wrong. They are over-priced and don’t know what they are doing, I wouldn’t suggest taking your car here, take it somewhere where they won’t scam you!"
