"I had never heard of 918 Auto Customs before seeing one of their advertisements on Facebook for a special price on their interior detail, so I reached out for more information regarding my suburban. I’m glad that I did. I’ve been using the same detailer for several years, and after a breakdown in communication needed to try somebody else. Junior and his team made my 2008 Suburban look better than I thought was possible and offered me a great deal to add on the exterior detail. Everything exceeded my expectations and I will be back with another vehicle very soon. There’s detail shops closer, this is a 25mi drive for me, but absolutely worth it."

"Do not use. The work and finishes in the pictures speak for themselves. Ran into so many issues with this tint job. Dropped off our car at 9 am Saturday morning, we were told it would be ready in 4 to 5 hours. Then we were told to come in at 5 pm, still wasn’t ready. Then we were told to come back at 9 pm, still wasn’t ready. 10:30 pm after waiting an hour, the car was finished… 13 hours later. We were told the bubbles, lines, and errors we saw would come out within a few days. They did not. Windows have dirt and debris caught in the tint. Tint around the sunroof is bubbled and wrinkled up because it wasn’t done correctly. Back window has lines and errors all over it. Completely ruined the tint for our car. Would not use again. They also left their supplies and vape pens in our car. We asked for a refund and to show them the errors, they said no. They offered to fix it, but we would never trust them to touch tint on one of our vehicles again AND we don’t have another 14 hours to drop off our car to be fixed. Stay away Update to response: We have the pictures of you working on our car and in YOUR shop - AND we have the payment receipt where we paid you. This is not a competitor, this was bad service."
