"Driver had a tire issue at the Port of Catoosa. On site tire guy showed up 15mins earlier than expected. Unfortunately, driver said it was a patch, but needed replaced. My driver had to wait another 2hrs due to that error."

"Not sure if it’s a system switch over, bad training or laziness. Wanted me to come out of pocket for an oil change even with an account for STM and STMP. Said they can’t bill accounts and probably wouldn’t have honored the oil change deal thru my account. Just go across the street to the actual STM."
