"Pulled my transmission and delivered it. Had the harden clutch packs and Corvette servo put in it for my Camaro. Put the trans in and I think we did something to it when trying to align the torque converter. Had zero gears. Towed the car to them and they only charged me 350 (labor)to fix it. All the guys in there were great. They let me check a few other sports cars out. The shop is what it is. For a cheap 4l60 rebuild they're hard to beat. If this trans lasts a decent amount of time, I'll used them to rebuild it next time"

"Will be filing a lawsuit against this place if we aren't refunded our money. As a business ourselves, we pride ourselves on giving our customers top tier services and this is not it. Took a 2x4 4l60e trans to be rebuilt, paid $900 and having used this business prior before they moved locations, didn't think anything of it. After a week we called to find out where it was and suddenly it was "done". Picked it up and oddly enough didn't look like the same transmission we dropped off.. but never had issues before. Installed into the truck and the 1st and 2nd gears are out. Call back to address the problem and they give a run around on the warranty until they agree to take it back. Drop it off again. After 2 weeks and constantly calling they suddenly say it's ready. Have an employee pick it up and low and behold, it's dirty and caked in dirt in the plugs. Basically looks untouched. They make our employee hand over the warranty receipt and provide no receipt back. Good thing I photocopy everything for our business. Install it again and you guessed it, worse than before. Fluid just starts pouring out of it the moment it's started up. This use to be a great shop but now has become a joke. We will continue to call and even come to their location to try and have this refunded but if they fail to uphold any type of business ethic, a lawsuit will be filed and I will gladly take anyone else's information that would like to be apart of it."

"Why would a shop leave a customer waiting in the parking lot for 4 hours for a pump swap then jump in a customers car who isn’t even waiting on it… wow I By far the worse place in Oklahoma for any locals or anyone traveling to use. I sat 8:30a.m. To 12:30 waiting on the so called builders to replace the front pump on my 4l60e transmission. After 3 hours of waiting there for them to fix the issue for the 7th time.. I walked into the shop to check the time on when it will be finished only to be told the so called builder was on a test drive in a car that was dropped off by an another customer. This place is complete trash and I whole heartedly regret doing business with this company/people. This will be the last time I let them fix their mess ups. This will be the last time they see me if they can’t fix the issue with a transmission they built. I have a 3 year warranty but it’s about to roll on its 1st year of warranty and I have already brought the transmission to them 7 times to fix small issues because they 1 or 2 reasons can’t seem to do the job. I make an 7 hour round trip for child play. Either they just scam you out of your money or they simply don’t have a single clue of what they are doing. Find a more organized, professional and customer friendly shop!!!!!! They don’t even deserve the 1 star it requires to even leave a review. Pathetic!!!!"
