"I went here for a simple fix, my car is up to date on all maintenance and dealer/mechanic recommended services. Yet somehow, I was quoted $3000 in services - filler things like flushing every fluid possible and filter changes, including replacing the cabin air filter I had changed 2 weeks ago. So that alone made me lose trust in the mechanics looking over my car. The part I needed replaced was quoted at $567. I understand dealers can be more expensive, but I went to a local shop I trust and got the work done for $225, they said it took less than 30 minutes of labor and an over $500 quote is nothing but a scam. To top it off, I declined all service recommendations for the aforementioned reasons. Yet for some odd reason, the dealership started texting and calling me stating they ordered the part I needed, and asking me to schedule. This is insane for two reasons. First, I declined the work so it shows they do not listen or pay attention. Second, when I was quoted the work while in the shop, they completely neglected to mention that the part would be on order and take days to arrive. Had I agreed to the work and then been without a car for days with no warning, I would have lost a job and been livid. Beware where you go."

"We purchased a 2024 Tucson back in October 2023. It had to be delivered from another dealership so that took several days to arrive and when we picked it up the lens on the front camera was broken. The manager said they would get it replaced ASAP. I’ve checked back with them 3-4 times and get the brush off. So just keep that in mind when dealing with Tulsa Hyundai that once you’ve purchased your vehicle their customer service drops way off. I guess that’s just the sign of the times unfortunately . On a positive note we love the car."
