"Very unpleasant and grumpy square baldheads. I had to fix a minor detail on my trailer and spoke one day prior to my arrival with them and the guy said it will be done. Once I arrived, there was nobody normal I could speak with and they just ignored me as I tried to speak with them, like I was a ghost.
