"We were greeted right away. Very polite and friendly! Complimentary drinks and shown where restroom facilities were. Had grandkids with us. Very interactive with them too. All around great visit!"

I purchased the signature oil change and they failed to vacuum the carpet (it was dirty but not too dirty), no windows were cleaned, wiper blade on passenger side was really bad so apparently they weren't checked, front parking lamp burned out so the lights weren't checked. I'll stop here and just say there's no way I'll ever go back."
