"It is already hard to find a trustworthy place, South Pointe became part of the problem. I used to love getting services in this establishment. Last time I came for an alignment they did not do a good job and my car needed re-service, I did not appreciate the previous person saying it’s only a slight deviation with a condescending tone like it was my fault, but if you trying to fix a left veering but your car returns to you right veering, then that’s kinda ridiculous. They should’ve fixed it the first time around. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them a 2nd chance as I had really good service from them before. But then the last recent visit they did not do a clean job. I usually do my oil change and I’m pretty meticulous when it comes to it, I never spill oil ever because I want my under the hood clean. Of course they spilled oil all over my engine with very minimal effort to clean, took so long, didn’t check the fluid levels, my wiper fluid was empty but somehow it was checked green, and my car used to be washed after but it wasn’t done anymore the last two visit. If prices go up but service gets worse, then that’s a bad business overall, too bad."

"Had to get a sensor replaced and while my car was there, a wrecker crashed another car into mine. Although not a dealership wrecker, they were still responsible for my vehicle while in their care. They didn't offer a discount or anything. Paid almost $600 for a sensor replacement and a wrecked car."

"It’s a good place and I travel all the way from Bentonville to get my car serviced. They offer complimentary car wash when your car is serviced. We found donuts and coffee free for all who are waiting while their cars are serviced. They have TV and good waiting arrangements."

"Completely mixed feelings. Every other oil change/service experience is garbage and I end up having to bring my car the same day although I waited 2 hours for the oil change to begin with ON A WEEKDAY (more than 4x, that’s why I’m including that). The service experiences with this place really makes me dislike having a Honda. It’s so annoying"

"Returned after a less than favorable visit about 3 months ago. Got several things taken care of today and service was good, albeit rather slow- however I did go at a busy time of the day. I noticed significant improvements in the waiting area compared to my last visit and I even got a complimentary car wash (which is something I suggested with my last review)! Only issue this time was a 2 1/2 hour wait which seemed a little excessive for an oil change, wiper install and rotation- but all in all, good service; really appreciated the car wash! Will return."
