"called for simple repair for qualified mechanic, specifically explained what parts are needed to preform repairs. I received a call at 1430 saying mechanic was dispatched, at 1700 I receive a call for payment, invoice stated 4 hours labor? I voiced my concern about the amount of time spent on this job he assured me his mechanic was qualified, I run a shop and from many years of experience can assure you this job performed for an inexperience mechanic would take 1 hour max, I got $100 say I do it in 30 minutes. wrong part was installed even after told what part to bring. Thanks for preforming repairs to the best of your abilities. Truck is rolling."

"If I could give a negative rating I would. Never call this company for road service! I have been on the side of the road 50 miles from Tulsa for over 16 hrs waiting for tire repair. No contact for updates, and tech went missing and they could not get ahold of him. This company is a JOKE! Worst service ever!"

"Applied here, got accepted. All was good till the day I was supposed to fly their, the delayed me saying truck wasn't ready.. understandable, how ever from that point on I was lied to, ignored and the recruiter was extremely rude when asked for updates. I then called their phone number that can be found on Google, I pressed 7 (for all other calls)... the lady that answered the phone was helpful and gave me answeres... I politely asked to speak with someone other than the recruiter because of the 4 different stories I got from him.. he then called me right away and left a pretty nasty voicemail and has continued to ignore me, yelled at me for calling ""dispatch "" when I pressed 7 for all other calls he then claimed to tell me that he's head of recruiting and head of human resources.. and that their was no one else hired then him I could talk to.. the funny thing is, if someone is applying to a company and they call for updates along the process then they get 4 different stories so they ask to speak with someone other then that particular recruiter, to get straight answers because their actually interested and then they get yelled at? What kind of business is that? Very disappointed that this company ran me in circles 2 different times and they don't care.. sad way to run a business especially when you Google who owns the company and you read his LinkedIn profile and see how passionate he is about the companies he's started... does he even know what goes on in the office? How some employees treat future employees???"

"It was a technician, to change a 3/4 two-foot hose, it took him 4 hours sitting in his truck, he left and did not finish the job, In addition, they stole my screws and the hose that they came to put in, they also took it ,supposedly they were going to be there at 9 in the morning, then they tell me that they have another truck in front of mine and they don't know what time they never came back to finish the job total 400 dollars they stole from me"
