"BEWARE. SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT BOOK The amount of one star reviews should tell you everything you need to know, but we were needing something asap. they took my booking 30 days in advance of event for two sprinter vans with no inventory available that they had booked me with. They Didn’t tell me that upon booking. Unbeknownst to me, they reached out to another limo service scrambling for vehicles to fulfill their obligations just 4 days after taking my booking. I had to find this out later on from Galaxy limo after having to figure out a last minute replacement due to their shortcomings. 10 days before my booked date (wedding day) I had to call to verify booking since I never received any confirmation as promised, even though Annie took location, card number, time, etc on the initial call to book. When I called a man that answered the phone who is seemingly elderly and confused , Had no clue who I was or any idea about my reservation. Annie then called me back to tell me not only that she didn’t reserve the two sprinter vans we had assumably booked but that the only thing she had available for us was SUVs. Offering the equivalent of Ubers at this point. Annie then tells my fiancé that they will try to find a better replacement for their mistake till 2 days before our wedding. They could not find a replacement equivalent to sprinter vans, had already charged my card for the fee of the sprinter vans that they were not providing, and never had me or my fiancé sign any sort of service agreement. We decided to cancel the offering of the four SUVs and part ways. They are now offering no refund whatsoever. Unfortunately this will have to be handled with legal matters but please be aware to avoid this scam company best as possible. I wouldn’t suggest these people to ANYONE needing professional transportation or any sort of important event. We are left with nothing for our wedding day even though we were supposed to have had something booked almost a month ago"
