"Most of the people there are great and very helpful, but there this one grumpy old man that works there that makes me dread going in. I think if I show up there and he's there I'm going to Auto Zone instead."

"Terrible customer service! There were three employees working and one of them was helping another customer. I grabbed what I needed and stood in line. I asked if someone could help me and the older gentleman growled at me and said he had too much going on today. I was trying to be nice and ask him out his day has gone and he complained and treated me like I was a nuecence. I would have done a one-star review but they do have good products so they get 2 stars. I will be taking my business to a different location."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I asked if I could get a diagnosis on my car which I’ve done at other auto shops before many times, and the older man at the front had no idea what I was talking about and was condescending and rude, making me feel stupid even asking. He wasn’t only incompetent at his job, but also rude to a customer for no reason. He was friendly with the men in line before me, so I assume it’s because I was a woman that he felt I was dumb for asking a simple task that he should’ve been able to care of in minutes."

"I have only had positive customer service interactions at the O’Reilly Auto Parts location. I have used their free tool rental service to borrow tools to work on my family’s vehicles, I have used their free diagnostic services, and I have purchased parts and supplies from them. This is the closest auto parts store to where I live and I am glad I don’t have to go farther to get what I need."
