"Appt - had car 5 weeks, said it was fixed, drove home would not start. Outrageous charges, mislead at every conversation."

"Would not recommend. Almost ruined my motor and definitely shortened its life. Went in for oil change, they failed to properly re-fill, resulting in a tow, and subsequent trip to Audi dealer. Also possible long-term engine damage; motor being assessed by Audi presently. Dealer informed me it was 2.5 quarts low. Obviously Walter and Tad did not bother to check the level, as is only possible when checked on the MMI ( in-car information interface ). MMI showed it was too low to even register. They said they filled 'according to spec' which they apparently misinterpreted. These vehicles do not have a dipstick, so MMI is the only way to check. After paying, Walter locked up and left as I was sending my ride on their way. Only after everyone was one and vehicle started, did I find the low oil pressure AND low oil indicator warnings. Tad, who apparently performs the work was apologetic but when I asked Walter ( owner ) for a refund, he invoked the "talk to my lawyer". Which I will be doing. Conversation ended in a cussing match. I will admit, he's at least pretty good at that ! Service, not so much. On top of it all, I had tried to call them about the issue on the way home but they are too low budget to have an answering machine. Once I got a hold of him, he said to bring it in and that they would check it out and 'make it right' if it 'was their fault'. That did not inspire confidence so I instead took it to Audi and had them document findings for the pending lawsuit. In the meantime, he was busy cashing the check, as it cleared that day ! They do not take cards, so cash or check only here. Not convenient and gives little room for financial recourse. Tried to set up oil the change a few weeks before and they were no-show on a Friday. I'm sorry I went back. Turns out, Audi dealer is cheaper for the oil change anyway. I'm afraid this shop is not dependable and definitely to be avoided."

"Hands down the WORST service I have ever experienced. I was recommended to this shop from a family member. I brought my Volkswagen In, and the owner seemed knowledgeable and straight forward. I had taken it into a shop with and after a diagnostic test, I had multi issues with my AC unit. AC fan fault, and a AC/Heating valve fault. He charged me a little over 1000 dollars, and all he did was replace the ac fan, and put freon in the system. I left the next day for Colorado, and noticed my main fan was still running hard. I took it into a local shop in Colorado, and every fault that my last diagnostic had was still showing when they ran their tests. I called the owner to see what we could do, he was very arrogant and extremely rude and in short said it isn’t his problem and then proceeded to hang up on me. I’m a very reasonable and level headed person, and just wanted my car to be properly fixed. He’s a crook and a dishonest human being. DON’T TAKE YOUR VOLKSWAGEN HERE!!!! Worst experience i have had with an auto shop to date, surprised he’s still in business."
