She put me on hold and someone else got on the phone after a few minutes of waiting. and said she passed the phone off to help another customer. I hope they figure something else out for her to do. "I needed to get lug nuts for my jeep. Had to replace all twenty of them. I encountered Jay at the AF store. He was friendly and courteous. Helped me find the lug nuts. He said they only had 9 in-stock. He helped me find the other 11 at the Pleasant Grove Store. Went to the PG store. Talked with Laurel. And she helped me finalize this purchase. Very Friendly and courteous. But this is not the end. I took the lug-nuts and my car to my mechanic to have them replace these. It was found that I had purchased the wrong lugs. My fault. I went back to the AF store to make an exchange. Brandon helped me sort this out. But like before, they didn't have the total number of lugs I needed. But did call the PG store. And I was able to get the remainder lug nuts I needed. Both stores were clean and neat. Very customer oriented. I would recommend taking your business to them. Great."
