"They got my car in gave me a diagnostic review and helped me with my options. There service was prompt and professional. Everyone treated me with respect and kindness. Idk what it's like to purchase a vehicle here though I only had the fix my car if you have a BMW this is the best place to get things done."

"Needed service but wanted to get a quote beforehand, spent two days calling and no one could tell me the hourly labor rate. How can you be a service advisor or work in service and not know your own labor rate? I’ve been told I’ll get a callback and no answer. Or I’ve called and gotten hung up on or left on hold for 20 minutes for a simple question that 4 different people can’t seem to answer. Very unprofessional. Will not be considering BMW of Tulsa ever for service, and I’ll be sure to mention on social media how horribly rude the service department is."
