We were told we needed new brakes by another shop which we did not need. We just needed brake fluid and a system flush. My brakes work 10 times better now! "We have used Meineke for a number of maintenance items needed on our delivery van. But recently needed a fuel pump repair on my husband’s vehicle. We had to use roadside assistance to tow the vehicle late at night and had them take it directly to Meineke. I called Jeff the next morning and let him know what happened. They were able to diagnose the issue, get the parts to make the repair and get us back on the road in just a couple days. I’m not sure we’ve ever trusted an auto repair company more. "Had an oil change here today and, not only were the members of staff and management amazing, but they went above and beyond in their efforts. All I needed was an oil change…but they include, free of charge, a tire rotation as well as a maintenance diagnostic of everything under the vehicle (fluid levels, tire-quality, brakes, bearings, seals, axles…etc). Their prices are incredible and their customer service is top notch. I’ll not be using any other vehicle repair company in the future. Thank you Meineke!"

"I took my 2018 Rav 4 in for a brake and shock inspection was pleasantly informed that they were not in need of replacing at this time. While setting in the waiting room waiting I overheard several customers being handled by the service manager in a very professional manner, would defiantly give them a shot when I do need new brakes and shocks. The manager even took me into the shop so I could observe the break pads rotors and shocks. Would have given 5 stars but the cost quoted seemed high to me but then I haven’t had any mechanical work done since before COVID if I find out that other shops are charging similar pricing I would revise to 5 stars"
