"1. Employee tried to get me to replace my car battery for no reason. He said the readings were coming back poorly and I should still out $400+ to replace the whole thing and I said no. He kept going down the line of things to fix and one of them ended up being something small related to the battery that “could have been affecting those negative readings we were getting”. So instead of leading with that, you tried to get me to replace my whole battery? And to make matters worse I had to go to the dealership to do 3 out of the 4 things I went to this location for because they couldn’t perform them and the dealership said my battery was fine. 2. One of the services recommended to me was headlight defogging which I got and wasn’t informed until I was getting into my car after it was done that I shouldn’t go to a carwash for 24 hours. I asked why they said it could ruin the defogging they just did and I asked about rain because it’s march and rains all the time. They said if it does I could come back and they’d do it for free. Of course it rained the next day and I went to a jiffy lube closer to my house to see if they would honor that promise but they wouldn’t. What’s the point of being a franchise with tons if locations if they won’t give you the same treatment everywhere? I went back to the original one and they did honor it and were much nicer but there’s still some marks inside the headlights I guess they couldn’t get out after an hour of scrubbing. If I’d been informed that rain would ruin the service when it was offered to me, I would have waited for better weather but no they don’t care and just want to make a quick buck today. 3. I had a rock chip that they found that needed to be filled. The employee said if I had insurance I could fill out a form and they would submit a claim to them for payment and “get it taken care of”. Apparently that meant they would fill it then and there regardless of whether or not the claim went through. Now I’ve had to sit on 3 different phone calls (one on a Saturday morning) with either a representative from Jiffy lube, the insurance, or both. I apparently don’t have a policy which is a mistake on my part but everything I heard from the insurance agent said that if I did, I’d need to go have the service performed at a shop that was covered and such. So I thought that it hadn’t been done yet since the insurance place was only advising on when/where and how to inform them once it gets done. One such time happened on the phone with both the insurance agent and the technician from Jiffy Lube and he did not interject to say the service had already been done. I ended up paying out of pocket because I was so sick of dealing with the whole thing I didn’t want to start it up again with my actual insurance but I would have opted out of the repair if I could but no, they’d already done it apparently so I had to pay. They need to get on the same page as the insurance company about how that actually works and be more transparent with the customer when they’re trying to get you to agree with these services. Everyone I spoke with at this location was nice and polite I just have issues with what apparently seems to be the policies across all jiffy lubes and will not be coming back."

"I went in to get my brakes changed and my coolant filled. They told me my temperature gage wasn’t working so I paid for them to change it out. The next day my car over heater and my tank cracked. Suddenly they “didnt see that before”. So I either paid for them to change my gage for no reason or they didn’t add enough coolant and cracked my tank when it over heated. I took it back in the replaced my tank for free and lied about saying it was cracked before that day. Mind you I never had any issues with my car over heating, the air was just not getting warm so if needed coolant. Fast forward a few weeks and now my car is over heating again and because it still doesn’t have enough coolant in it. I PAID OVER $1000 for my car to still not be fixed a simple fix. Last time I brought my car to get an oil change here they put on the wrong filter too. I will never be coming back here again I’m deeply unsatisfied with their work and I don’t know how they let such uneducated people work on cars!"

"Ryan that works here saved us! Another location installed my filter wrong and all my oil leaked out while driving. Ryan fixed it all up before any damage was done and made us feel at home. Best Jiffy Lube employee I’ve ever met. Highly recommend coming to this location."
