"Was told my sons truck needed a new motor for $10,000 which is fine, we were planning on moving forward when it became more urgent. But my brothers car has been there twice. The first time they said they fixed it but he drove away and it did the same thing he took it in for. Then they told him it needed $500 in parts and labor which they continued to put into his vehicle after they learned it needed a new motor. They should have stopped the work and called him but didn’t. My family and my husbands family has used them for years, we usually recommend them but will no longer be taking our vehicles there after refusing to reduce the price for their mistake. People don’t have the money to pay for useless parts and labor just to be told they actually need a $8,000 motor. They admit they knew it needed a new motor before they put the new parts in. They say they will refund the parts for $120 but he would still have to pay for the labor. Scam."
