"I dropped in on them unexpectedly with a fleet of trucks. Even though I hadn't asked about appointments they ran them through in a timely manner, meeting my particular needs per vehicle, such as; some needing synthetic blends, others needing full synthetic. No wild add-on sales pitches. Just advised me if the air filters were dirty and asked on each of them if I wanted them to replace them or if I would rather use my own. I am completely satisfied and will be using them next time!"

Every time I go they give me the same excuse “Is going to take a long time, we have to much car, they really have a lot of people, but they serve my car. But today there’s was no body waiting or about to be serve. The gay told “ Is going to take a long time, Why you don’t come tomorrow morning “ I laughed on his face and told him I work. I will take my business to another state place that have better service and value their costumers. To the owner: I was willing to bring my car to this place regularly. You’re losing value costumers."

"I noticed an oil leak so I took my car to the mechanic who discovered the oil cap had not been replaced after the last oil change done by Mobil 1 Lube Express in Sand Springs. This resulted in oil spewing all over the engine compartment requiring it to be power washed and additional quarts added. A $92 oil change ended up costing us $218."

"Can I leave a negative star? After more than 15 minutes of waiting to get my truck in the bay he refused to do an oil change because of a stripped screw on the brush guard. Any mechanic can easily remove a stripped screw. This man just doesn't want to work today."

"The oil change was fast but $50 for a cabin filter is crazy expecialy when they don't tell you how much the $15 filter there upselling im glad I didn't get an air filter. I do machine repair and spilled oil gets cleaned up but not here I know ita a small amount but I paid for a service. I'd put less stars but the oil was changed, the guys were nice, and I got a new cabin filter."
