"This store never opens on-time. Here it is 8:15am, and it's still not open. It's supposed to open at 8am. This store needs to be closed. I urge people to not come here at this location."

"Never open on time. Very frustrating. Idk who the opening manager is but he comes in consistently 10 to 15 min late, on his phone. He's not rude, just probably shouldn't be charged with opening the store as he is unable to make it there on time in any of the times I've visited this store in the morning."

"I had 2 large packages to drop. Backed up to the door and began to unload. The clerk had no customers in the store and acknowledged my presence. He made zero effort to assist me even after I dropped a package on my foot. He didn’t even open the door. Just watched me struggle. Then was terse and unfriendly in the checkout process. I’m an independent woman, but a store where a man won’t at least offer to assist a woman will not get my business. Ladies - I’d try another location."

"If I could give this UPS Store 6 stars I would. I live closer to a FedEx and a different UPS Store, but the service at this location is the best. I ship items out to new employees as HR for a company. I am at this store multiple times a week sometimes and actually enjoy getting to go. The manager has always been kind and helpful so odd situations. Stephanie is my favorite person to see. I actually make sure to do my shipping on a day I know she is working. Highly recommend this location above all others."

"Giving 2 stars for the friendliness of the employees but the owner himself is (like MANY other reviews I've read) VERY arrogant,. disrespectful and flat out rude. I went in a couple days ago to get a receipt for 3 Amazon items I brought into the store for return. I guess my biggest mistake was telling the owner that I actually did get a receipt the day that I brought the items. He looked at me in a condescending, rude manner because I admitted to throwing them away because I didn't think I needed them. I don't understand the shipping process like this professional who owns a shipping store so I was trying to get a little clarification and was talked to like a child. My bad for throwing my receipt away but I will definitely not go back because of the treatment I received from this owner. Not everyone knows how the shipping process works, it would have been nice for him to just explain to me that I could wait several more days for my products to get where they were supposed to go. When I contacted Amazon about my returns that were not showing they told me to return to the UPS store and get a copy of the receipt. When I told the owner that's what Amazon told me he laughed and said "Amazon will tell you a different thing every time you call them" it's not his p and I should've kept the receipt. I just didn't feel like he values customers and people for that manner. Every time I have brought an Amazon return to this location the employee asks if I want to receipt, they do not just give you one. Make sure to get that receipt and keep it until the return is verified. According to the store owner, that receipt will only prove to Amazon that you brought the items in... Nothing else. Even with a tracking number, this ups store can not track the box and make sure it is in transit. I'll be going to a different ups store."
