I can see it was assembled poorly and the screws placed in incorrectly. Stop being salespeople and selling junk to customers who truly need durable reliable equipment for their disability. Stop saying that your stuff is durable and say buy at your own expense."

"My husband and I are a mixed couple. I am African-American. I walked in the medical supply section where there were 3 workers: one on the phone and two others talking to each other. Neither person asked me for help. Three more people including my husband came in behind me and they immediately asked if they could help them. When my husband came over to me still standing in front of the product I was interested in with his product I told him we aren't buying anything here. He put it back and we walked out without a word said. I've purchased from them for over 50 years. NEVER AGAIN and will spread my experience with all of my social media friends"
