"Went on a Friday to have a muffler swapped out on my truck due to a baffle coming loose after 17 years of abuse. Yeah, he came outside and looked at the truck, but then told me he had one on the lift and another in line behind that vehicle so the soonest he could get to it would be 3:00 that day but more than likely it would be Monday as he stated he was wide open on Monday. I gave him my name and number and told him to give me a call but I never heard from him Friday or Monday. This guy apparently has too much business to be bothered by a simple muffler swap. When he was looking at my truck he seemed to be bothered by just having to look at it in the first place and then quoted me a price that seemed rather inflated for the work that needed to be done. I'm more than capable of doing the work myself but would rather take it somewhere because I don't have a lift. But after this experience I'm going to order a muffler and swap it out myself on my back. Wouldn't recommend going to this establishment unless you like shade tree service and don't mind the occasional ceiling tile or 7 falling out in the lobby. The call for service button held down by scotch tape was a nice touch in this less than professional customer service environment."

"Came in to get my rear mufflers deleted on my Durango. Was there maybe an hour. Did excellent work at a reasonable price. And of course it now sounds like a hemi lol. Thanks again guys."
