"THEY ACCIDENTALLY DRAINED MY TRANSMISSION FLUID. They still added oil and failed to recognize I had twice as much oil as I needed. My car wouldn't drive out of their parking lot and my car had to be towed to a dealership and now ***I HAVE TO PAY FOR A RENTAL CAR AND DAMAGES*** and bring them receipts to "file a claim". I asked to speak to the district manager and never got a call and it's been 3 days. NOW I HAVE NO CAR AND HAVE TO PAY THE BILLS. ~~RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE~~ Oh, and I haven't gotten a refund either!!!!!!"

"This place feels like one giant scam. I pulled in - before anything happened I explicitly said I wanted the cheapest oil change and 10w30 oil. They immediately tried to tell me I should get synthetic oil and that their 10w30 was going to cost more (it doesn't). Then they tried to charge me for an $85 oil change when their economy oil change is $50 ($30 with a $20 off coupon). EVERY TIME I'm there they tell me I need new wipers and air filter (even though both are fairly new - they say it every time). They also insist on printing reminder stickers to come back in 3k miles although most cars these days can go 5k or longer. It just feels very predatory to me."

"These guys work hard and follow the same process every time. I’ve had great experiences with both the main and 12th locations over the past few years I’ve done my oil changes at Take 5. Can’t blame them for things that aren’t their fault (how busy it is compared to amount of employees.) I showed up when no one was around on Sunday morning and I was taken care of quickly. I’ve had days where I waited a while. They get you in as they can and give you water while you wait."

"The whole process took around 2 hours but it was because they only had 2 people working, so I wasn’t super upset about it. They brought out waters for everyone waiting which was sweet. They did good work and were very nice! I did end up paying about $150 for an oil change and new wind shield wipers, which people ended up telling me was quite unusual."
